PP Zaune from Poland
Distinctive, elegant and durable. Our company manufactures, transports and installs fences of various types, sliding and swing gates, pedestrian gates and other metal products. Our fences are used around homes and properties.
Sandblasting
Sandblasting is a popular and effective way to clean surfaces such as concrete, metal, plastic and wood. It removes dirt, discolouration and old coatings and prepares the surface for further treatment. PPZAUNE works with a company with 10 × 5 × 4 m chambers, allowing large components to be sandblasted.
Our partner uses suitable abrasive materials from known sources. Compliance with health and safety requirements and the condition of cleaned components after treatment are essential.
Powder coating
Powder coating protects different surfaces, especially metal, from external factors and the effects of time. The finish is smooth and also improves the appearance of the components. PPZAUNE prepares surfaces for coating by sandblasting them.
PPZAUNE works with a company operating two powder-coating facilities, in Dębno and Kostrzyn nad Odrą. A broad RAL palette is available, together with effect finishes that imitate aged metals, coarse and fine textures, and matt and gloss finishes. Products include brands such as Teknos, SBS, TIGER, DuPont and RIPOL. The curing ovens measure 7500 × 1200 × 2200 mm.
Hot-dip galvanising
PPZAUNE protects its steel components against weather and the effects of time by hot-dip galvanising. This is carried out at the Tomabo plant in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the ZINQ plant in Frankfurt an der Oder.
Steel can be protected against water and air in several ways, including powder coating and electrogalvanising. The hot-dip galvanising used by PPZAUNE combines economical application with effective corrosion protection and improves durability.

Anti-corrosion coating
Our products are protected against external factors. Professional hot-dip galvanising of the entire product surface provides the basic corrosion protection.
RAL paint finish
The second protective layer is powder coating, available in a wide range of RAL colours. It also gives our products an attractive finish.
